For public tours, we typically offer no refunds for cancellations made by guests, but we do allow rescheduling to a future tour date when possible. If you are unable to attend, contact us as soon as you can so we can see what options are available. We post public events 7 days or less in advance, so there is not enough time to accomadate a wait list usually.

For private tours, we reserve the entire evening exclusively for your group. If you cancel with less than eight days notice, we will do our best to reschedule you to a future date when possible, but we cannot guarantee availability. If we are able to reschedule you to a future date, we will not issue a refund for the original booking, but your payment will be applied to the new date. If we are unable to reschedule you, we will issue a full refund only with eigth or more days notice.

If weather conditions force us to cancel such as heavy cloud cover, storms, or unsafe conditions you'll always have the option to reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund, regardless of timing.

If you need to make changes inside the normal cancellation window, we'll do our best to accommodate you when possible, especially if we can fill your spot from the waitlist.

The tour begins right at the end of nature's best photographic light, so guests who want sunset photos are encouraged to arrive a little early. Our guide and truck will be on-site at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, and because the experience is time-sensitive, we begin promptly.

The first portion of the tour is a short presentation explaining why Northeast Florida is considered a hotspot for unusual aerial activity. Your guide will also introduce the scientific instruments we'll be using including night-vision and other detection tools and explain how each one helps us identify what's in the sky.

Next, while the guide sets up the equipment, the group has a relaxed discussion about UFOs, sightings, and the science behind the investigation. This gives everyone a chance to ask questions and get comfortable before the lights fully fade.

Once it's dark enough, we begin the main part of the experience: the nightly sky investigation. Using the equipment you've just learned about, we scan the sky together for satellites, aircraft, meteors, and anything that doesn't match known patterns. This segment typically lasts about an hour.

At the end, we gather for a brief debrief to review what we observed, answer final questions, and then the group is released to head home.

Yes. We design this experience to be safe, comfortable, and accessible for guests of all ages and experience levels. The tour begins around sunset when there is still plenty of natural light, giving your eyes time to adjust gradually as the evening gets darker.

Our walk to the beach is short and simple we cross a pedestrian bridge and take just a few steps to our setup location. The area is flat, open, and easy to navigate.

At the start of the tour, your guide will explain the equipment we use, how it works, and what to expect throughout the night. If at any point you feel unsure or prefer to participate at your own pace, that's completely fine. You're always in control of your level of involvement.

You'll receive the exact meeting location and parking details immediately after booking. We keep this information private so the area stays quiet, safe, and reserved for our guests.

Our standard tour lasts approximately two hours, which includes the presentation, equipment overview, and the full nighttime investigation. Private tours and late-night specialty events may run longer or follow a slightly different schedule; any variations will be clearly listed in the event description when you book.

Feeling a little unsure is completely normal most of our guests are trying something like this for the first time. Our tours are designed to be calm, welcoming, and easy to follow, even if you've never used night-vision equipment or been on any kind of investigation before.

You'll get a simple explanation of how the evening works, what we'll be looking for, and how to use the equipment at your own pace. There's no pressure to participate more than you're comfortable with you can observe quietly, ask questions, or jump in hands-on whenever you feel ready.

Yes. We do assist with local UFO/UAP sightings and evidence when guests or community members request support. If you've witnessed something unusual especially if it's recurring or you've captured photos, video, or instrument data you're welcome to contact us. We can review what you've documented, help you understand whether it matches known aerial activity, and advise on next steps if it appears genuinely unexplained.

To protect the integrity of our work, we follow a structured intake process and have guidelines in place to filter out hoaxes, pranks, and non-serious submissions. This ensures we can focus our time on credible reports and provide meaningful help to those who truly need it.
